Acceptance of Payment Terms: By employing the services of RK Creative, you agree to the following Payment Terms.

These Payment Terms apply to your use of all services provided by RK Creative. The Payment Terms constitute a binding agreement between you/your business and RK Creative.

1.1 Payment Methods: On initiating a service, please provide RK Creative with a valid billing address where our invoice will be directed upon completion of the service, or monthly - whichever is agreed upon.
The current payment methods available are BACS, Standing Order or we have a Portable Chip and PIN Card Machine should you require. We do not operate cash in hand business. Payment is due strictly 7 days after the date of the invoice issued.

1.2 Overdue Invoices: Should an invoice go unpaid RK Creative has the right to proceed with legal action and following a letter of notice will proceed with the necessary actions in order to retrieve the due payment.

1.3 Dispute Resolution: If you have any problems or concerns, please contact the business owner directly: becca@rk-creative.com If a dispute arises between a business and RK Creative, RK Creative will provide reasonable assistance to help resolve the dispute.

The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), effective 25 May 2018, applies to all businesses who collect or otherwise process personal data. The GDPR sets out the responsibilities of businesses in relation to the personal data they collect and hold, and it also governs the processes businesses use for managing that personal data.

2.1 RK Creative has been mobilised and actively working on its GDPR strategy and implementation.

As part of these preparations:
- We have tightened our website security.
- Trained staff and contractors on GDPR to ensure that they understand the basics of data protection law.
- Updated our Terms and Conditions.
- We are operating opt-in only email marketing.

RK Creative guarantee that all business information is kept strictly confidential between the client and RK Creative. We store passwords and logins in on a secure, password-protected hard drive.

RK Creative are granted artistic licence in relation to the photography, videography and graphic design work produced including the poses captured, the location used and all digital retouching.
