We recently worked with Black & White Publishing to produce a brand new e-commerce website featuring over 500 titles.
Here's a very brief overview of the tasks we carried out:
First we built a theme and templates that would meet the clients needs. We had coded specific page templates so that we could have the website features required.
Then, we added the brand fonts and colours to the website files so that the branding was consistent throughout.
Black and White Publishing currently had a website but it was in need of upgrading. One of the biggest tasks we had was transferring all the old website data to the new website. This included working with an old system and integrating the data onto the new website via a third party application.
Once the data was across we worked hard to deliver an eye catching hompage which met all of the criteria provided. We added plugins and coding to develop the product pages and increase the aesthic of the homepage and sub pages.

Finally, we completed a full hand over with the company's marketing manager so that the website can be updated as and when they please.
The building and design was a lengthy but essential process. The business saw the advantage that a well created website can bring and we are confident that we have produced a strong platform that the company can continue to manage effectively in house.
